A shared assistant for your whole family.

Rosey remembers the small things your family relies on — the dog's vet, the babysitter's number, pediatrician follow-ups, dad's medication schedule — and she's reachable from the chat apps you already use. Everyone sees the same picture.

Option 1 · Free, forever

Run it yourself

Clone the repo, deploy to Fly.io (or a Raspberry Pi, NAS, home server, even your laptop). About an hour end-to-end. Full source, full control, your data on hardware you own.

  • Open source (MIT) — fork, customize, run.
  • Data sits on your machine; no third party touches it.
  • PII is redacted before external API calls so your data stays local.
  • ~$5–10/mo all in (Fly VM + Anthropic API for a typical family) or free if using an on-device LLM.
  • Telegram, WhatsApp, and Alexa channels supported.
git clone https://github.com/ankittandon/rosey.git && cd rosey && fly launch
Option 2 · We host it for you

We host it for you

Scan the QR. Telegram opens, our setup bot walks you through household setup in about 5 minutes. Family group ready to go, nothing to install or configure.

  • 5 minutes from scan to working family group — no servers, no SIM, no setup.
  • Your household's memory sits in a private partition; never co-mingled with another family's data.
  • Common text PII like emails, phone numbers, addresses, invite codes, and secrets is replaced with local placeholders before model calls.
  • Telegram only for now — WhatsApp coming soon.

What it does

One brain your family shares.

Most family logistics live in someone's head, a sticky note on the fridge, or one spouse's phone. Rosey is the third place — a small, addressable memory that takes text from any of you and answers from the same source.

Reminders that don't get lost

Text "remind us about the dishwasher repair tuesday at 2." Rosey schedules it, fires it on time, and chases until someone acknowledges.

Shared facts, addressable

Vet numbers, babysitter rates, mom's pill schedule, the wifi password, the cat's meds. Whoever asks gets the same answer — no "did you write that down somewhere?"

Knows who's who

A roster file maps people to phones. "@Alex, the trash" reaches them on whichever channel they're on. No more cc'ing the family group.

Works on the channels you use

Telegram, WhatsApp, Alexa, SMS. Same Rosey, same memory — whichever channel suits your situation and household best.

Group chat aware

Add Rosey to your family WhatsApp group. She replies in-thread when addressed or stays quiet when conversation doesn't need her.

Yours, not ours

Self-host her on your machine, a private server, or a Raspberry Pi. Or use our hosting and your data still lives in its own isolated partition — never co-mingled with another household's.
